Did you know, that when you cough or sneeze
you butt clenches?

But it was too funny to pass up.
Its been almost two months since we battled Colin’s
(now infamous)
bout with constipation.
If you remember, it took several bottles of Magnesium Citrate.
Over Christmas, Colin once again asked me to procure
10 ounces of the “Red Stuff.”
And while I was inquiring about this returning symptom
he confided in me a resulting…injury from his first tour
in Ass-ganastan.
There was some slight…tearing.
Nothing to be too alarmed about,
but since pooping is an “everyday occurance”
healing can be slow.
Christine reports that when he rolls over in his sleep
he moans like an old man.
He also groans when sitting down or standing up.
The lesson, is catch constipation early
I don’t have a solution yet.
Christine asked why he didn’t lube
before drinking the “Red stuff.”
To be fair, we never considered this problem.
