Flasseed oil is from flaxseeds,
Flaxseed are…seeds from flax,
a plant native to the Mediterranean and India (i think).
Honestly, I haven’t been studying so much where its being cultivated.
We’ve been focusing on health benefits.
This is what Colin mixes with cottage cheese, yogurt, or milk twice a day.
He never misses one.
Basically, these benefits are:
Omega 3’s
Antioxidants
We’ll go over why these things specifically are good for Colin (and you) at a later date.
Colin could use ground or milled flaxseed, but some research suggests that ground or milled flaxseed loses some of its potency due to exposure to air.
Colin could also buy fresh whole flaxseeds and crack them himself.
But this proved too labor intensive and harder to mix with the dairy products.
Additionally, It takes 3 times the cracked or ground flaxseed to get a comparable amount of oil.
So when we calculated the serving size difference, the price, and the labor Colin went with the oil.
It cost about $30-$35 a week for Colin to follow the “Budwig Protocol.” Hopefully, it’s worth it.

Hello. I’ve been looking through your site for a while and I really like it. I have a site of my own, although it is nowhere near the caliber of yours. I was hoping that we could backlink each other’s flaxseed posts.
My site is http://benefitsofflaxseedoil.blogspot.com/
Love to. There is no such thing as too much healthy information.
You may have noticed most of what is here is geared toward Colin’s personal treatment.
You may have also noticed we try to put a fun, upbeat viewpoint on this stuff, and then link to more serious sites so people can get more clinical info, since both both are very important.
Stay Positive, Do the Work,
Eric
PS I admin the site so Colin can focus on keeping healthy, but he does read comment and then comment through me.
I hope everyone understands that though this site is important to him his first priority is his maintaining his day to day health and I admin the site so he does have to stress too hard.
Eric
Alright. I will post your link right now. By the way I really think that this blog is amazing. My father just finished a battle against cancer a year ago. Luckily through the support of our family and friends, my father’s desire to live, and most importantly god’s help, he succeeded in his battle. My prayers are with you.
The site I’m posting your link to is
